Introduction

1. Manual winding machine is a simple manual winding machine independently designed and manufactured by us, which is specially used for the winding of aluminum foil packaging batteries/cylindrical batteries and supercapacitors. The deflection of the rolling needle is small; the up and down, left and right, front and rear positions of the material guide plate are adjustable; the foot switch controls the forward and reverse rotation. It is easy to operate, and the up and down, left and right, front and rear positions of the guide electrode groove ruler can be adjusted;

2. The winding support roller ensures the winding tightness when the battery is wound; the winding tail bracket is added to improve the winding accuracy of the battery; the winding can be forward and reversed, and the winding speed is stepless;
